Groupage/partial loads for international removals
If you have a cupboard, armchair or small household contents that must be moved within Europe or worldwide, Dock Movers’ groupage service has the right solution for you. We offer very attractive rates for partial loads deliveries.
Groupage within Europe
Our moving vans drive daily throughout Europe to bring even the smallest deliveries on time to any location (city, countryside, house, apartment...).
We will collect your goods at the pick-up address and provide the necessary protection for your furniture using the right protective materials. Each party will be individually protected so that everything stays together and can arrive at your new address in the same delivery.
Dock Movers provides the following additional groupage services:
- Packing and unpacking your household goods.
- Disassembling and assembling furniture.
- Arranging the no parking zone for departure and arrival.
- Providing a ladder lift upon departure and/or arrival (for removals from or to upper storeys).
- Arranging help with moving at your new address via a local removal company.
- Dealing with customs formalities if necessary (e.g. in countries such as Switzerland).
We recommend that you take out extra insurance for any damage that may occur to your furniture or belongings during transport.
Worldwide groupage
Our international removals department will make sure they use the most suitable removal formula for your partial loads. We always provide shock-resistant packaging/crates no matter whether transport is by road, sea or air.
We will collect your household contents at the pick-up address and make sure that your furniture is transported in the appropriate protective materials and packaging. We will then transport the crates via air or sea cargo to the airport or harbour nearest to the delivery address. Our local agents will make sure that everything arrives safe and intact at its final destination.
